Our Culinary Director is the maestro of all the amazing things that Juice Palm has to offer. They are responsible for implementing our values into the menu and make sure our processes are being adhered to. From managing juice production to creating new menu items, it's important for the Culinary Director to be organized, innovative, and a strong leader.
Our Health Catalysts are the face of Juice Palm. They are the first people to greet our guests and are in charge of ensuring that the customer experience is maintained throughout an entire visit. Health Catalyst duties include handling transactions, preparing food and beverages, and helping guests understand and learn about the health benefits of the different ingredients we offer.
If our Culinary Director is the maestro, then our juiceologists are the orchestra that makes all the magic happen! Juiceologists specialize in the craft of preparing all of our products that make it easy for our guests to conveniently walk in and get a quick yet healthy meal. They are the ones who apply the practices and procedures we have in place to ensure that everything we do is healthy, sustainable, consistent, and most importantly USDA-Organic compliant. Duties include: receiving, washing, and preparing produce; preparing and portioning prepackaged goods; producing made to order items, and of course, blending all of our amazing cold-pressed juices.
